Un Porfirio Díaz, que moderniza México durante 40 años y una revolución mexicana netamente popular. Y hoy tienen Estado, nación e identidad. Para el lector peruano lo mexicano será casi como un reproche, el envés de su retardo. La esperanza está en la gran transformación que proviene de la reforma agraria, la inmigración interna y la cultura chola. Pero faltan intelectuales que vengan de abajo.
