Sinopsis del Libro

In the current times when governments are talking about a new Organism called CELAC, the author of this doctoral dissertation, has considered opportune to republish his work about the CELAM in a digital format. CELAM is a long standing structure that helped to develop union throughout the continent. Interestingly, and in opposition to the way of CELAC was born, CELAM, very early, consented the creation of a more light structure including all the Americas representatives: the so called "ROIA". The history of these Organisms of the Catholic Church may help as an historic example for a successful integration of different realities in one America.
