An intergenerational book, fully illustrated, that will delight both the little ones and adults. With an informative language, but with great rigor, we will take a tour of those aspects of the history of Spain that are most unknown, bringing closer and facilitating their knowledge to a new generation.

El enfoque social hacia una epoca, presta atencion a la variada interaccion entre, por una parte, el sujeto individual, el ciudadano y por otra las estructuras complejas de los gobiernos y la autoridad colectiva. Desde esta necesaria dialogia cuyo contexto es el de las reformas borbonicas, este estudio sobre la sociedad colonial novohispana del siglo XVIII, indaga en la interaccion de los universos familiares con los sistemas de poder imperantes para la epoca: el eclesiastico, civil y la comunidad misma.

A pesar de la multiplicidad de formas literarias que dentro de las comunidades sefardies se desarrollan, como los romances, las coplas o las traducciones y comentario de la Biblia en judeoespañol, el cuento siempre se ha caracterizado por su dinamismo producto de su carácter oral así como por su intención didáctica, siendo un elemento crucial en la educación y valores de las futuras generaciones allá donde se encontraran estas comunidades. En este libro se recogen las II Jornadas sobre cuentística: La cuentística en el mundo sefardí celebradas recientemente.
