Sinopsis del Libro

La oveja es un animal herbívoro porque se alimenta de hierba. Es vertebrado, es decir, tiene huesos. Es mamífero y como tal, nace del vientre de la madre y de recién nacido se alimenta de la leche de sus mamas. Tiene cuatro patas y un rabo. Su cuerpo está cubierto de lana que durante el verano se corta y a eso se le llama esquilar. La lana se utiliza para hacer prendas de vestir. De la oveja también aprovechamos la carne para alimentarnos. Un conjunto de ovejas se llama rebaño, su voz se llama balar y su casa redil. El macho es el carnero y las crías son los corderos.
