Sinopsis del Libro

This study publishes and reviews documents concerning the theatrical life of Tudela, a city in the province of Navarre, from a variety of archives. They cover the theatrical elements of the procession of Corpus Christi, the two theatres (or patios de comedias) associated with the Hospital of Nuestra Senora de la Gracia, the companies of actors which visited the city in the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries and their relationship with both the ecclesiastical and secular authorities.
