This study is an original approach to the works of six poets from the 1980s who suffered directly the impact of political violence during those years. Using poetry as a simple method of denunciation or as a confessional expression, the poets analyzed subtly elaborate the socio-historical representations that undoubtedly anticipate the so called "poesia neobarroca' in Latin America.
